Please note ALL deadlines must be adhered to in order to ensure inclusion in the ‘Welcome’ Publications.

Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation before 9th October - No Charge.
Cancellation after 9th October - 100% of booked amount payable.  * Please note that your advert or entry may still appear in the booked publications.

Early Booking Prize Draw

Return your booking information, copy and artwork by Friday 9th September and you will be entered into our prize draw to win a voucher.

‘Welcome’ Folders

  • Leaflet Size – The 2010/11 folders will all be wire bound. Please note all leaflets supplied for insertion must be A4 finished size; i.e. a single A4 sheet, or A3 folded to A4.
  • Different Leaflets – If your leaflets for the ‘Schools Welcome’ folder are different from your ‘Bedroom’ folder leaflets please ensure that your printer clearly indicates this on the boxes.
  • Insertion – Landmark Press will punch all leaflets approximately 10mm from the left-hand edge.  Please do not supply leaflets pre-punched. Advise your designer to leave this margin on both sides.
  • Quantities – Please note that the leaflet quantities stated are the minimum number required. If your printer cannot guarantee the minimum number, a greater number should be supplied.  Any spare copies can be returned to you.
  • Packing – Leaflets must be supplied as an A4 finished size, packed in boxes weighing no more than 15kg.
  • Delivery – We cannot guarantee that leaflets delivered to us after the deadline date will be inserted into the folders.

‘Welcome’ Guides

  • Design – Pre-designed advertisements should be supplied as a QuarkXPress file.  Any text for translation must be either black, or white reversed out of a black background, in a Quark text box. Bookings may be refused if artwork is unsuitable for printing. Landmark Press reserves the right to edit text to fit.
  • Proofing – Any changes to proofs, after being signed off by the client, shall be charged at £20 per additional version.
  • Delivery – Leaflets must be delivered at least one week before the first booked distribution run, as advised at the time of booking.
  • Publications – Invoices will be issued on 31st December 2009.
  • Leaflet Distribution – Invoices will be issued on commencement of distribution.
  • Terms – Payment should be received in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to charge overdue accounts at 4% interest over base rate.
